This month, MagneGas was highlighted as the “Cutting Edge for Renewable Fuel” by Renewable Energy from Waste magazine for its unique, versatile, superior fuel made from renewable and waste liquids.

Renewable Energy from Waste magazine is a bi-monthly publication that zeros in on projects and technology centered around harnessing energy from waste and residues. In the recent article, the technology and growth factors of MagneGas poised us to take industries like construction, demolition and firefighting by storm.

The article focuses on MagneGas’ growth potential due to its one of a kind process that has already been disrupting the markets for metal cutting and gas. Our growth potential expanded with the recent opening our new headquarters in Clearwater, Florida, which has the potential to increase gas production over 200 percent with the new, larger headquarters.

The article commends MagneGas for currently being the only company producing renewable cutting fuel on the market as well as being far more stable and safer than acetylene, making MagneGas a strong competitor for the industry standard.

Wrapping up the article, our CEO, Ermanno Santilli, spoke about our Open House held on June 15. He thanks our customers and supporters, saying “Our customers and investors are our lifeblood, so in addition to showing them the increased production capabilities at our new facility, we wanted to say thank you as well for their loyalty.”

Co-Combustion Update

At the end of last year, we announced that we had advanced the testing of our Co-Combustion with the development of a new fuel. We filed provisional patents related to proprietary characteristics of this new gas and fuel, and incorporated improved analytics and equipment to better control flue gas. In addition, we upgraded to a redesigned co-combustion chamber. We are currently evaluating these improvements, quantifying the emissions obtained and discussing the next steps with our partners. As discussed on our last quarterly earnings call, we are working towards the goal of obtaining independent verification of these results and we anticipate verification to be received in 2016.
